Spec corrections
If a number on this site is wrong, we want to know. Email the URL of the page, the specific value, and a source URL for the correct value. We will:
- Acknowledge within 1 business day
- Verify against the cited source
- Update the page within 14 days
- Log the correction publicly at /corrections/
Methodology questions
If our verification process is unclear, or you want to inspect why we ranked something the way we did: ask. We treat methodology questions as bug reports — if the process isn’t inspectable, that’s a flaw worth fixing.
Press, partnerships, and brand inquiries
Same address. Please put “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line. Note that:
- We do not accept sponsored posts disguised as editorial
- We do not accept paid product placements
- We do not accept commissions or affiliate relationships that require minimum positive coverage

General feedback
What we covered well, what we missed, what we got wrong, what we should write about next. We read all of it.
What we cannot help with
- Product recommendations beyond what’s on the site. We’re not a personal-shopper service. The buying guides, comparisons, and platform hubs are our recommendation surface.
- Warranty claims or repair questions. Contact the tool manufacturer directly. We can’t help with M18 warranty status, DeWalt service centers, etc.
- Job-site advice or safety guidance. We’re a spec-comparison site, not a trade-instruction service. For safety questions, consult OSHA, your jurisdiction’s regulations, or a licensed professional.
